Returns & Cancellation Policy

Canceling Orders

You have the right to fully cancel an order at any time before it enters the picking phase for warehouse processing.

We recommend reviewing all order details carefully before submitting your purchase, especially for customized items, as these products are made specifically for your order and generally cannot be changed after processing begins.

Once an order has entered the picking phase, it can no longer be canceled. After that point, please refer to our return policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

Items may be returned for a refund or exchange within 28 days of delivery, provided that:

  • A copy of the invoice or store receipt is included

  • The merchandise is unused

  • The merchandise is in its original condition

  • The merchandise is returned in its original packaging

Please note that certain orders, including customized items, are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange unless there is an error or defect on our part.

Customers are responsible for:

  • The cost of shipping returned item(s) back to us

  • The cost of shipping exchanged item(s) back to the customer

Items That Cannot Be Returned or Canceled

Customized items (including masks, bags, and apparel) cannot be returned or canceled if ordered incorrectly.

Examples include:

  • A jacket customized with your name that does not fit

  • Personalized gear ordered in the wrong size or specification

Please only select customization if you are completely confident that the item will fit and meet your requirements. For example, ordering the same size and product line you have previously used.

Editing and Modifying Orders

Orders that are already being picked or packed in our warehouse cannot be edited or modified.

Please include the return form provided in your package. If you no longer have the return form, include a copy of your invoice along with clear instructions regarding whether you would like a refund or exchange.

Ferre Fencing is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We strongly recommend insuring and tracking your return shipment.

Return Shipping Charges for Exchanges

Flat-rate shipping charges for exchanged items shipped back to customers:

  • Small items (gloves, socks, body cords, etc.): $8

  • Bulky items (masks, uniforms, weapons, shoes, etc.): $12

Processing Times

Return Processing Time

Returns are typically processed within 10 business days after receipt.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 15 business days after return processing is completed.
