Ferre Fencing is an ecommerce store offering fencing gear, equipment, apparel, weapons, parts, accessories, printing, engraving, and related products for epee, foil, and sabre fencers.

Please note that fencing weapons sold by Ferre Fencing are sporting equipment intended only for the sport of fencing. We do not sell firearms, ammunition, or prohibited weapons.

Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the website.

You may not use our website to:

• Submit false or misleading information

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data

However, product images and descriptions may not always perfectly reflect the exact appearance of an item due to lighting, screen settings, manufacturer updates, product variations, or website limitations.

Fencing equipment may also vary slightly by batch, size, handle type, weapon type, blade type, grip style, color, or available components.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, change prices, revise descriptions, or discontinue products at any time.

Sizing and Product Selection

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size, weapon type, hand orientation, grip style, blade length, color, and product specification before placing an order.

We may provide size guides, product descriptions, and customer support to help with selection, but final responsibility for choosing the correct product remains with the customer.

For children, beginner fencers, and competition equipment, we recommend checking with your fencing coach, club, or event requirements before purchasing.

Fencing Equipment Safety

Fencing is a combat sport and involves inherent risks. Fencing equipment should be used only for fencing training, lessons, practice, or competition under appropriate supervision and in accordance with applicable club, coach, event, and governing-body rules.

Customers are responsible for inspecting equipment before use and replacing damaged, worn, unsafe, or non-compliant gear.

Ferre Fencing is not responsible for injury, damage, or loss caused by improper use, misuse, poor maintenance, unauthorized modifications, failure to inspect equipment, use outside the sport of fencing, or use of damaged equipment.

Competition and Rule Compliance

Some products may be suitable for practice, beginner use, local events, or non-FIE use, while others may be designed for specific competition standards.

Customers are responsible for confirming whether an item meets the requirements of their club, coach, tournament, league, federation, or event before purchasing or using the product.

Unless a product description specifically states otherwise, we do not guarantee that a product will be approved for every competition, age category, weapon category, or governing body.

Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart. We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, incorrect product information, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or operational limitations.

An order confirmation email means we received your order. It does not guarantee acceptance, shipment, or product availability.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund for the canceled item or order.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged will generally be the price displayed at checkout when the order is submitted, unless there is an obvious pricing error.

Payment must be received before an order is processed or shipped. Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers and services available through our website platform.

We do not store full credit card numbers, debit card numbers, bank account numbers, or full payment credentials on our own systems, consistent with the Privacy Policy.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax may be calculated and charged at checkout based on the shipping address, product type, and applicable law.

Customers are responsible for any taxes, fees, duties, or charges that may apply to their purchase.

Product Availability

Product availability is not guaranteed. Items may be out of stock, delayed, discontinued, substituted by the manufacturer, or unavailable after an order is placed.

If an item is unavailable, we may contact you with options such as waiting for restock, replacing the item, removing the item from the order, or canceling the order.

Custom Products, Printing, and Engraving

Customized products may include items with printing, embroidery, personalization, engraving, name markings, phone numbers, logos, custom colors, or other customer-specific modifications.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all spelling, names, phone numbers, sizes, colors, and customization details before submitting an order.

Customized items generally cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged unless there is an error or defect on our part, consistent with our Returns & Cancellation Policy.

Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped according to our Shipping Policy.

We currently ship within the United States, and shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on factors such as items ordered, shipping address, package size, package weight, and available shipping options.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Once an order is transferred to the carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Ferre Fencing is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete customer-provided shipping information.

Pickup Orders

If in-store pickup, club pickup, or event pickup is offered, pickup instructions will be provided separately.

Orders selected for pickup will not be shipped unless shipping is later arranged and paid for by the customer.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refund processing are governed by our Returns & Cancellation Policy.

Orders may be canceled before they enter the picking phase. Once an order enters picking, packing, or shipping, it may no longer be cancelable. Items may generally be returned for a refund or exchange within 28 days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase, subject to the restrictions in the Returns & Cancellation Policy.

Repairs, Testing, and Service Work

If Ferre Fencing offers repair, testing, maintenance, or troubleshooting services, service availability, timing, pricing, and results may vary based on product condition, parts availability, and the nature of the issue.

We may decline repair or service work if an item is unsafe, too damaged, incompatible, not serviceable, or outside the scope of our available services.

Testing or repair does not guarantee future performance, competition approval, or continued safe use unless specifically stated in writing.

Promotions, Discounts, and Gift Cards

Promotions, discounts, coupon codes, ambassador codes, gift cards, vouchers, and special offers may be subject to additional terms, expiration dates, exclusions, or limits.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined, applied retroactively, exchanged for cash, or used on previous purchases.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotions at any time.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions, design elements, page layouts, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Ferre Fencing and is protected by intellectual property laws.
