This Shipping Policy explains how Fencing FF (“we,” “us,” or “our”) processes and ships orders placed through our website.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed during regular business days, excluding weekends and holidays. We strive to prepare most of the orders for shipment within 1 days after payment is received. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, customization, or other operational factors. Orders that include customized items may require additional processing time.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship orders within the United States.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations may be limited, unavailable, or subject to additional charges. Please contact us before placing an order if you need shipping outside the continental United States.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the items ordered, shipping address, package size, package weight, and available shipping options.
Some products may require special handling or higher shipping charges due to size, weight, or packaging requirements.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout when available. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, high shipping volume, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.
Once an order has been shipped, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.
Tracking Information
When your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and making arrangements to receive packages when delivered.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.
Fencing FF is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, the carrier is responsible for delivery.
If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. You may also contact us, and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you with the claim or investigation process.
Fencing FF is not responsible for carrier delays or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Packages Marked as Delivered
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check:

With your building office, front desk, mailroom, or package room

Directly with the shipping carrier
If the package still cannot be located, contact us and the carrier as soon as possible. We will review the situation, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If the package wasn't delivered due to an issue on a carrier side, was damaged or lost, a claim with carrier will be created according to a carrier claim process.
Order Changes After Purchase
Orders may not be changed once they enter the picking, packing, or shipping process.
If you need to update a shipping address or order detail, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made before shipment.
Split Shipments
Some orders may ship in multiple packages or from separate locations. If your order is split into multiple shipments, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Shipping labels for returns. We strive to make our service better. While customers are responsible for the return shipping both financially and logistically, we will make our best to enable return's shipping process experience as simple as it can be by providing a return label that charges customer on scan. Those might be available at discounted prices versus the price you're going to get at the carrier's office. Also for your convenience an insurance will be automatically added to all returns with value above $100. Customers are welcome to query us about this option.
In-Store or Event Pickup
If pickup is offered at checkout or at a fencing event, pickup instructions will be provided separately. Orders selected for pickup will not be shipped unless shipping is later arranged and paid for by the customer.
Pick-up is available Mon-Fri, 5pm-8pm.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may be subject to carrier restrictions, size limits, or special packaging requirements. If we are unable to ship an item using the selected method, we may contact you to arrange an alternative shipping option.
